Health Benefits of Mushrooms

Nutrient Powerhouses

Mushrooms are low in calories and high in essential nutrients like B vitamins (riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid), copper, selenium, and potassium. They're also one of the few non-animal sources of vitamin D, particularly when exposed to sunlight.

Immune Boosters

Beta-glucans found in mushrooms, especially varieties like shiitake and maitake, enhance immunity by stimulating white blood cell activity.

Supports Heart Health

Rich in antioxidants like ergothioneine, mushrooms help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, lowering the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
