Dish 1: The regular mashed potato

Ingredients

Potatoes (900g), milk (1 cup), butter (2 tablespoons), Black Pepper Powder, and Salt.

The recipe follows

Take a saucepan filled with water and add a pinch of salt to it. Then put the peeled and cut half potatoes to boil until half-cooked. Drain the water. Take butter and milk in another saucepan, and stir until the butter melts. Add half-boiled potatoes to it. Then use a hand blender or potato masher to blend the milk and potatoes into a fine and creamy texture. Add salt and Black pepper as required and serve it.

Dish 2: Fried Mashed potato

Ingredient

6-7 peeled and quarter-cut Potatoes, Oil (2 tablespoons), Garlic Powder, Butter (2 tablespoons), and Salt.

The recipe follows

Take a pot full of water and add a pinch of salt and garlic powder to it. Then put the potatoes in the saucepan and cook until tender. Drain the water. Mash the potatoes and add salt and garlic powder for taste. Now, prepare it in the shape of a patty and place it in the hot skillet pan. Pour oil in a way that reaches the bottom of the potato patty. Cook until golden brown and then turn it over. Repeat until both sides are finely crisp. Serve it with tea as an evening snack.

Dish 3: Baked Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

Peeled and cut potatoes (8-9 pieces), butter (2 tablespoons), Sour cream (1 pack), Cream Cheese (1 package), Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup), Onion Salt (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Parsley Flakes, and Paprika.

The recipe follows

Boil the potatoes until tender and drain the water. Finely mash the potatoes after adding sour cream, cream cheese, onion salt, black pepper powder, and garlic powder. Once a creamy texture is reached, pour it into the pre-buttered casserole dish. Add cheddar cheese, paprika, and parsley flakes on top. Put the uncovered casserole dish into the oven (preheat to 175 Degrees C) and bake until the cheddar cheese is bubbly (35 minutes approximately).
