After all, as the financial year 2024–25 begins, car manufacturers offer great discounts and other lucrative offers on some of their models. In the following paragraphs, we have listed some of the top cars with exciting discounts and offers that one can check out in April 2024. 

Maruti Suzuki

Indian car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is offering benefits of up to INR 68,000 on the turbo-petrol variant of the Fronx. The petrol and CNG variants have lesser benefits of up to INR 20,000 and 10,000, respectively. The Grand Vitara hybrid is being offered with INR 79,000 in benefits, which includes a cash discount of INR 25,000. Maruti is also offering a benefit of INR 1.50 lakh on the top-spec model of the Jimny, whereas the Baleno and Ignis are being offered with benefits of INR 58,000 and 53,000, respectively. Even the sedan Ciaz offers benefits up to INR 53,000, whereas the XL6 offers benefits up to INR 20,000. 

Volkswagen 

German carmaker Volkswagen is also offering discounts and other offers on several models from the MY2023 stock. The Tiguan SUV has benefits of up to INR 2.40 lakh, with a cash discount of up to INR 75,000 and an exchange discount of up to INR 75,000. The Taigun is also offered discounts of up to INR 90,000 and an exchange bonus of up to INR 40,000. The Virtus sedan has benefits up to INR 1.20 lakh with an INR 90,000 exchange bonus and a cash bonus of up to INR 30,000.

Tata Motors

Another Indian manufacturer, Tata Motors, is also offering benefits and discounts. The Tiago and Tigor hatchbacks have a discount offer of INR 40,000. Even Altroz has benefits of up to INR 35,000 for its petrol MT and diesel variants, whereas the CNG variant is available without a discount of up to INR 20,000. Moving on to SUVs, the mid-compact Nexon SUV is up for grabs with an exchange and scrappage benefit of INR 15,000. For the record, a CNG version of the Nexon is on the way. 

Honda

Japanese car manufacturer Honda is offering an INR 40,000 cash discount on City models manufactured in 2023, whereas models manufactured in 2024 are offered a discount of INR 25,000. On City e:HEV models manufactured in 2023, a flat cash discount of INR one lakh is available. Honda is also offering discount benefits on the 2023 and 2024 models of the Amaze – a 45,000 INR cash discount for the 2023 version and an INR 30,000 cash discount for the 2024 model. 

Mahindra

Mahindra also offers benefits and cash discounts for multiple models. For example, the XUV700 has a cash discount of INR 1.30 lakh to INR 1.50 lakh, depending on the variant. However, this discount is only applied to models manufactured in FY2023. The Scorpio N is also available with a cash discount of up to INR one lakh, whereas the XUV300 is being offered with benefits of up to INR 1.59 lakh.
