The teaser offers an electrifying glimpse into pulse-pounding action scenes, accompanied by stunning visuals and adrenaline-fueled sequences. The trailer for 'Ruslaan' boasts all the essential elements of a Bollywood masala action flick: a charismatic hero dispatching adversaries, a compelling backstory shedding light on his journey, and a romantic subplot featuring a captivating leading lady. As the release date approaches, let's take a closer look at the star-studded cast of this upcoming film.

Aayush Sharma

Aayush Sharma entered the film scene through Salman Khan's production ‘Loveyatri’ (2018) and later collaborated with Khan again in ‘Antim: The Final Truth’ (2021), sharing the screen with him. In ‘Ruslaan,’ Sharma takes on the titular character. Ruslaan leads a dual existence: one as a talented musician and the other as a merciless killer. The film will delve into the conflict that Ruslaan must confront in order to safeguard both himself and those he holds dear.

Jagapathi Babu

Renowned for his contributions to Telugu cinema, Jagapathi Babu has left his mark on Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada films as well. With a remarkable 170 feature films under his belt, he has been honoured with four Filmfare Awards and seven state Nandi Awards. Having recently appeared in blockbusters like ‘Salaar’ and ‘Guntur Kaaram,’ Jagapathi Babu is celebrated for his portrayal of antagonists and is currently gearing up for multiple projects, including the action thriller ‘Ruslaan.’ Speaking about the emotional depth and complexity of his role, Babu emphasises the importance of conveying emotions through nuanced cues such as body language and eye expressions to fully realise the script's vision.

Vidya Malavade

Vidya Malvade, the niece of veteran actress Smitha Patil, started her acting journey with Vikram Bhatt's ‘Inteha.’ Despite facing setbacks with a series of unsuccessful films and several advertisements, she found her breakthrough role in the 2007 hit ‘Chak De India,’ portraying the goalkeeper and captain of the Indian women's national hockey team. Now, she is set to grace the screen once again in the action-packed film ‘Ruslaan,’ taking on the role of Ruslaan's handler.

Sushrii Mishraa

Sushrii Mishraa achieved recognition as a beauty pageant titleholder, clinching the prestigious Femina Miss India United Continents 2015 title, which earned her the opportunity to represent India at the Miss United Continents pageant the same year. In 2018, she started with a new venture, filming a web series called ‘Baytakhol’ alongside Prateik Babbar, although the series unfortunately never made it to air. Making her Bollywood debut, Mishraa starred opposite Abhay Deol in the film ‘Zero.’ Continuing her journey in the industry, she plays a significant role in the Aayush Sharma starrer 'Ruslaan.'

Richard Bhakti Klein

Richard Klein enjoyed a fulfilling life, working as a teacher at a Hebrew day school in Oakland, California, surrounded by close friends and fueled by his passion for singing and dancing during his leisure time. However, at the age of 45, he awoke one morning with a newfound aspiration: to break into Bollywood. Inspired by the 2001 Bollywood classic ‘Lagaan,’ he decided to turn his passion into a profession. His journey led him to a role in the 2022 film ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ alongside Aamir Khan, the star of ‘Lagaan.’ Now, in 'Ruslaan,' Richard Bhakti Klein will portray the character of Bernie Stephen.
