Chocolate cookie ice cream sandwich

Ingredients: To make a chocolate cookie ice cream sandwich, you will need flour, salt, vanilla extract, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, baking soda, ice cream, and unsweetened cocoa powder.

How to make:

First, mix 6 teaspoons of unsalted butter with 1/2 cup light brown sugar and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in a large bowl. You can use a hand mixer to whip the mixture until it becomes fluffy.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture, and continue whipping for a few more minutes.

Take another bowl and mix as well as blend 150 grams of flour, 30 grams of cocoa powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

Gently add the two mixtures together, and whip until it thickens.

Use a scoop to pick the cookie dough and place them on a baking pan (at 350°F oven temperature). Bake until the cookies are ready, and then cool them on a cooling rack.
