Ingredients: You need raw mangoes, salt, coriander leaves, green chilies, olive oil, mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, gram flour, red chili powder, and garam masala.

How to Prepare: First, peel the mangoes, and cut them into small pieces.

Now, place the mangoes in a bowl, and add salt, coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, and mint leaves.

Blend all these using a mixer, until it becomes a smooth paste.

Next, put the mixture in a bowl, add some gram flour, and mix it again for a few minutes. Add a little amount of salt, garam masala, and red chili powder to the mixture.

Now, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a pan, put the mixture to it, and stir for a couple of minutes on a low-medium flame.
