Sooryavanshi is in form, having scored 52 runs against Chennai and 31 against Gujarat
Sitting second on the Indian Premier League (IPL) table, Rajasthan Royals (RR) are eyeing a third consecutive victory with the team’s third game lined up against the sixth-placed Mumbai Indians. Rajasthan Royals enjoyed wins thanks to batting performances from players such as Yashasvi Jaiswal, Dhruv Jurel, and others, but our focus is on 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, who toyed with bowlers against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and the Gujarat Titans (GT).
Will he be able to repeat the same versus the Mumbai Indians (MI)? It is impossible to determine, but let us check out the top bowlers who could line up against the kid.
Hardik Pandya

👉 Scored 27 of 12 !!
👉 4 Overs 38 Runs and wicket of Salt and Curran
👉 9 Runs in the 19th Over
👉 Bethell Run Out in 20th Over
His son Agastya was present in the stadium to witness the clutch performance of his father!!… pic.twitter.com/41JZT1LUtI
One of the best all-rounders India presently has, Pandya has 79 wickets in 153 matches at an economy of 9.23. And in T20 internationals, his stats included 114 wickets in 138 matches at an economy rate of 8.34. Vaibhav has never faced Hardik in a match, and one cannot ignore the fact that Vaibhav has only played one game against the Indians.

The kid will be up against Jasprit Bumrah as well, who is considered the best pace bowler of this generation. Bumrah has troubled some of the best talents on the planet, so it will be interesting to see if Vaibhav can survive against Bumrah, and that is if he is not sent to the dugout by others.
Shardul Thakur

In the game versus Kolkata, Thakur grabbed the wickets of Ajinkya Rahane, Finn Allen and Cameron Green. One is an experienced Indian international player, whereas the latter two are also senior international players with their respective national teams. On the other hand, Sooryavanshi is only 15. There is no doubt that he is a miracle, but at the end of the day, he needs to survive in every game, and the Mumbai Indians' bowling line-up poses a serious threat.
Trent Boult
With 83 wickets in 67 T20I games at an economy of 7.68 and 142 wickets in 121 IPL matches, Boult is another experienced bowler who is known for his wicket-taking skills with the new ball in the opening overs of the game. With the ball swinging in both directions, it will be tough for Vaibhav to judge the incoming ball, given that the pressure will build from the very first delivery.
Mitchell Santner
In the game against the Delhi Capitals, Santner’s economy was 7.33 with one wicket in three overs, which could be considered decent on the IPL's batting-orientated pitches. In T20Is, Santner has 142 wickets at an economy rate of 7.17. The spin-bowling allrounder knows various tricks to deceive a batter, as he has done on numerous occasions to several experienced talents of the game.
Deepak Chahar

Last but not least, Deepak Chahar will be a special bowler to watch, as last year, when RR and MI met, it was Chahar who sent Vaibhav back for a duck. There is no doubt that Chahar is a talented bowler, but to be honest, the other bowlers on this list are miles above Chahar. It will be interesting to see how Vaibhav handles every bowler, given that last year he could not handle Chahar.

Not all six of these bowlers will feature together in a single game, but the Mumbai Indians will definitely pick the top ones from their arsenal to remove Vaibhav quickly from the crease. Ultimately, it's not just about winning a single game, but also about undermining his confidence, which could potentially harm RR's campaign, especially considering RR's reliance on Sooryavanshi.
