Raw milk, arnica and coconut
For this mask, you will need a teaspoon each of arnica, two teaspoons of raw milk and a tablespoon of ungrated grated coconut. You can also add a teaspoon of honey, but it is optional. Milk and coconut are natural cleansers, which helps to keep the skin hydrated. Meanwhile, the rest of the ingredients are soothing for the skin and contain anti-inflammatory properties. Once you mix all the ingredients together, apply the mixture all over your face and leave it till it is completely dry. Then wash it off with warm water.
Salt, peppermint and cucumber
To make this face pack, you will need half a cup of sea salt, a few drops of peppermint essential oil and grated cucumber. Sea salt is loaded with minerals. Meanwhile, cucumber has soothing properties for the skin. Over time, this face pack can tackle oily skin and make it bright. After you combine the ingredients, rub it all over your face for about 10 minutes. Wash it with cold water.
Almond oil, thyme, and gram flour
This face pack is super nourishing. It includes thyme, lavender, and rosemary contain antimicrobial and astringent properties. Meanwhile, gram flow helps to unclog pores and the almond oil contains essential vitamins that help to improve the health of your skin. Apply this blend all over your face and leave it on for about 15 minutes before you wash it off with warm water.
Grape, neem and sugar
To make this face pack, you will need some neem leaves, two teaspoons of grape juice, two teaspoons of sugar and a tablespoon of yoghurt. Neem contains antibacterial and antiseptic properties. Grape juice is loaded with antioxidants that can reduce cell damage and protect your skin. Meanwhile, sugar gently exfoliates the skin. Yoghurt could help lighten dark spots. Combine all the ingredients. Next, apply it all over your face and massage it into the skin well. Wash it off with cool water and a mild cleanser.
