After the Schiaparelli show, Cardi B made yet another stunning appearance and this time, she donned a ruby red Rahul Mishra creation.
At the Paris Fashion Week 2025, Cardi B caught everyone’s attention at the Schiaparelli show when she adorned a black fringed gown, which featured a sculptural beaded neckpiece that wrapped around her shoulders. However, it was the live crow, perched on her gloved arm, that stole the show.
Now after donning a Schiaparelli creation, the Grammy award winner impressed everyone in a Rahul Mishra creation which highlighted the spirit of his Couture Fall 2025 collection titled "Becoming Love.” The pictures of the American rapper were shared by the designer, and it featured her wearing a ruby red long dress adorned with intricate hand embroidery. The highlight of the outfit were the rose blossoms on thin sculptural wire stems that ended up forming a halo-like frame.
The designer shared, “Cardi B @iamcardib wears the ‘Wild Rose’ hand-embroidered bustier long dress in ruby red from Rahul Mishra Fall 2025 Couture collection, paired with the Crimson Mirage — Rose tourmalines flare like dancing flames in this necklace set, sculpted with natural diamonds and paisley swirls in 18 Karat white gold from Tanishq Diamonds @tanishqjewellery.”
Further appreciating Cardi B for showing interest in the making of the dress, and not just wearing the look, but really feeling it. “She spent so much time with our team, talking to the designers, asking questions, appreciating the work and the hands behind every stitch. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine curiosity reminded us why we do what we do. Thank you, Cardi, for bringing your magic, your energy, and your heart. We’ll cherish this moment always,” he shared.
However, not many know that she ended up missing his show despite wearing his creation. It was because the rapper arrived late on July 7 (Monday) at the showcase of his collection 'Becoming Love', which was inspired by the artistic language of Austrian symbolist painter Gustav Klimt. However, she made up for her late arrival. Interestingly, Cardi B’s look was completed with an Indian connect as she wore a necklace from Tanishq Diamonds, which was embellished with natural diamonds and paisley swirls in 18 karat white gold.
"When she arrived-albeit after the show-it turned into a moment of unexpected grace. Often after a show, I'm swept into the chaos of media, guests, and industry conversations. But that evening, because of the timing, we had the rare luxury of stillness. She spent nearly an hour with us. A full, generous hour,” Rahul Mishra told NDTV.
As for Cardi B, she is known for her tracks such as WAP, I Like It, and Bodak Yellow.
