Ingredients: To make Gazpacho Soup, you need 1 cucumber, 1 red onion, 1 red bell pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 8 tomatoes, 3-4 teaspoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of red vinegar.

How To Prepare: First, chop the tomatoes, red onions, and red bell pepper.

Now, mix all these chopped ingredients in a bowl. Add the garlic cloves and olive oil to it, and blend the mixture in a blender. When the mixture becomes smooth, add some salt, honey, and vinegar, and mix it properly.

Store the soup in the refrigerator for about an hour, and your Gazpacho Soup is ready to enjoy!
