Indeed, compared to men’s football; there is a scarcity of infrastructure, training academies and scouting of young performers at the grass-root level. Nonetheless, genuine talent never remains hidden and akin to men’s football, there are numerous talented young female footballs who are thriving to set the world football on fire. In this piece, we have composed a list of those bright talents in women’s football. Patricia “Patri” Guijarro Gutiérrez- Patricia “Patri” Guijarro Gutiérrez is deemed the hidden jewel of Spain’s midfield. The 23-year-old midfielder is part of the Barcelona Femeni where she has plastered a place for herself and is the fifth-choice captain of the team. Patri won the Golden Shoe award and the Golden Ball award in the FIFA U-20 World Cup that was held in 2018.
