These are some of the ways how oats benefit your skin: Oats are Natural Cleanser Saponins are present in Oats which act as natural cleansers and remove the dirt and oil from the pores. How to use: Soak the oats in water and use the oat milk as a cleanser and toner. Treat Dry Skin Oats exhibit direct antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which can help treat dry and irritated skin. How to use :Blend oats into a powder and then mix it with hot water to form a paste. Apply it on your skin and leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse with normal water.
