Producer Neelima Guna has shared an update on the upcoming mythological drama 'Shaakuntalam' (featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead), revealing that the post-production work of the film is moving at a brisk pace.

The statement came as several fans, eager to know about the status of the project, kept demanding an update from the makers.
It features Samantha, along with Dev Mohan, Mohan Babu, Gautami, Aditi Balan, Ananya Nagalla, and others.
She has received several awards, including four Filmfare Awards South, six South Indian International Movie Awards, and two Andhra Pradesh State Nandi Awards.
