The Standard variant comes with a single motor; on the other hand, the Long Range and Performance variants offer dual electric motors. Both Long Range and Performance variants use the same motor, but the latter’s motor is better calibrated for instantaneous acceleration. Top speeds The Top speed reached by the standard variant is 225kmph, and it takes 5.3 seconds to reach from 0-96kmph. The Long Range variant seems to hit slightly higher top speed of 234 kmph, and takes as little as 4.2 seconds to go from 0 to 96kmph. Talking about the Performance variant, it can achieve a top speed of 261kmph and can reach from 0-96kmph in 3.1 seconds. Range Standing up to its name, the Long Range variant offers the highest driving range. Next comes the performance and then the standard variants. Check how much distance each variant covers: Standard variant goes up to 263 miles (423 kilometres). Long Range variant goes up to 363 miles (569 kilometres). Performance variant goes up to 315 miles (507 kilometres). Features The Model 3 comes with a single large 15-inch infotainment touchscreen screen to take care of all your needs. The dashboard of the EV is extremely clean and does not sport any other switches. The EV gets 12-way adjustable and heated front and rear seats.
