Drinking a lot of caffeine or energy drinks will not help you beat fatigue. A healthful diet might.

Fatigue is a genuine health issue as it ruins your normal daily activities and leaves you low in motivation. It’s a common condition that can be caused by several factors such as poor sleep pattern, lack of physical activities, drinking alcohol, inflammatory diseases etc. While excessive tiredness and sleepiness are the major symptoms of this condition, other symptoms include headache, dizziness, muscles weakness, loss of appetite, blurred vision, poor concentration etc.
