The esteemed list is topped by Sezanne (Tokyo), followed by Florilege (Tokyo), and Gaggan Anand (Bangkok). The three selected Indian restaurants, Masque, Indian Accent, and Avartana are holding 23rd, 26th, and 44th rank in the list.
