All you really want for this dip is some cheese, butter, powder milk, and whole milk. This dip can be eaten with chips, wafers, and even with pizza cuts.
Heat some water in a bowl. Take one more bowl to keep on top of the hot bubbled water bowl (ensure the dishes are not contacting one another).
