Upon the completion of all three RAPIDX corridors, a dedicated operation control center will be established at Jangpura RAPIDX station. Additionally, a stabling yard and a warehouse will be set up. The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has stated that in just two years, commuters will be able to travel from Delhi to Meerut in less than an hour using the RAPIDX system. This high-speed train service will link suburban areas such as Ghaziabad, Modinagar, and Meerut to Delhi, offering passengers a comfortable and air-conditioned travel experience.
All the upcoming stations along the RAPIDX corridor will be equipped with modern facilities to enhance the commuting experience for passengers. These facilities will include escalators, lifts, and automatic fare collection systems, ensuring convenience and ease of access for commuters.
With its efficient connectivity and improved services, the entire RAPIDX corridor is projected to attract a daily ridership of approximately 8 lakh passengers. The high-speed train system is designed to accommodate the growing transportation needs of the region, providing a reliable and efficient mode of travel for a significant number of commuters on a daily basis.
