2 large slices of sourdough bread

½ a cup of pomegranate seeds

Combine minced garlic, olive oil, pepper, pomegranate seeds and mozzarella cheese. Spread the mixture well on the bread slices. Top it with thinly sliced avocado and grill it for 5 seconds for the cheese to melt and stick to the toast.

You need:
2 slices of multigrain bread
2 tbsp mashed Avocado
1 slice of white cheddar cheese cut into chunks
Thinly sliced strawberries
Salt and maple syrup to drizzle

You need:
1tbsp garlic oregano butter

1 cup sliced mushrooms
Finely chopped green onion
Finely chopped garlic – 2 cloves
1tbsps mayonnaise
2 tbspsperi-peri sauce -spicy
Heat butter in a pan, and saute garlic, onion and mushrooms together. Add the peri-peri sauce and mayo, mix it well. Add salt and pepper. Saute till it gets caramelised.

You need:
2 Roma tomatoes – grilled
½ onion – thinly sliced
1tbsps olive oil
1tbsps oregano
Kosher salt and pepper as per taste
2 bread slices of your choice
1 cup of cream cheese
Chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and toss all the ingredients except for cheese into a baking tray. Let it roast for20 minutes. Take it out and mash it well with the cream cheese. Toast the bread and spread it on the toasts. Add chopped walnuts and drizzle with olive oil.
