Ayurveda is an ancient medicinal tradition that is practised in Indian Subcontinent from the last 5000 years.

Ayurveda or ancient Indian medicinal science has its roots in Vedas. Though it may seem very complex and complicated to a novice, in reality, the foundation of this science is very simple. Many experts believe that Ayurveda originated even earlier than Indus Valley Civilization. Ayurveda relies on the concept of maintaining the overall health of the individual.   3. Ayurveda considers the five elements, which are Fire, Earth, Air, Water, and space are building blocks of all the matter.
