4 key ways to tackle failure and rise back up

Backstabbed, betrayal, or failure? Rise right back up, here’s how! While failure is not defined as the ultimatum, neither is success and mostly these two things follow through a cycle. So, it can be a breakup, a loss of job, academic failure, any form of setback, just know, there are ways to get back on track! Here are four key ways to get right back up! Know your worth first: Seek yourself First of all, you need to understand yourself, otherwise, there would be no point in analyzing your failure. Learn what you are capable of doing, and what can be the limit for you. Yes, we all have limits, it’s not a bad thing. Now, try to figure out if the failure arises from your actions or not, if yes, then there are things you can do to either turn the situation back on or even better change your ways. If that is not the case, then you need to understand that you cannot have control over another person's decision. It is best to up your game and move on to the next best thing. Come to terms yet: Try this Have you come to terms with the failure as yet? If not, try doing some physical work, exercise can be some really weird form of martial art or anything that helps you channelise all that energy that might have pissed you off after the failure. This is a great form, not for distracting yourself but putting that negative energy to use. This will give you a clear mind to think and strategize further in life. A pen and paper: Burn it Write down all your failures, setbacks, bad habits and everything wrong externally and internally according to you. Burn this piece of paper. This would symbolise you getting rid of all this stuff that has gone wrong so far. Now your mind can have a fresh start. Now take another piece of paper and write down all things that have gone right, this can be done regularly or you can do it a single time and put that up on the workboard you have at home or beside your bed, where you notice it every day. Keep a blank space and keep adding things to this list that goes well every day. In a week you will have a list of things that will generate a new mindset for you to uplift your kills in life further. Ready, set: Go Once you are ready, start organising your entire day in a strict schedule. This will help you spend a productive time which is very necessary after a setback. This, when done over time will only boost your confidence.
