Castor Oil

Castor oil is very popular in the beauty world. From treating sunburn and wrinkles to preventing premature grey-haired and dandruff, castor oil is used by many people in their daily skin and hair care routine. One of its many benefits is that it is excellent for promoting hair growth. Daily application of castor oil to the eyelashes makes the eyelashes thicker and prevents them from falling out.

Don't know how to use castor oil? Well, mix a few drops of castor oil with coconut oil and gently apply to your lashes with  a cotton ball. Do this every night before  bed and wash it off in the morning.

Olive Oil

Good old fashioned olive oil is another very effective way to make eyelashes stronger. The ingredient is rich in essential fatty acids that act on hair growth and prevent eyelash fall. It's a quick way to refine your lashes. Dip a cotton bud in some olive oil and apply gently on your lashes. Wash gently after some time.

Coconut Oil

Another excellent natural remedy for sparse and weak eyelashes is coconut oil. This natural oil is very mild so it can be used on the delicate eye area without causing discomfort. The moisturising properties of coconut oil help lock in proteins in the hair and prevent weaker lashes from falling out. To apply coconut oil, simply dip a clean mascara brush in virgin coconut oil and apply to your lashes.

Vaseline

Vaseline nourishes and moisturises the lash line and thus contributes to rapid hair growth. Also, applying petroleum jelly to the eyelids keeps the area hydrated and soft, which contributes to the overall health of the lashes.Take a clean mascara brush and put some petroleum jelly on it. Apply daily along upper and lower lashes for  best results.

Green Tea

Drinking green tea regularly or applying it to eyelashes has a significant effect. Place a sachet of green tea  on your eyelids to instantly grow lashes and soothe tired eyes, or simply dip a cotton ball in green tea and rub on your lashes every day and you can see the result.
