These few games are creatively made for players who would like to try out their hand in a post-apocalyptic world. Fallout: Fallout series has contributed a lot to what a post-apocalyptic world might be like. With endless role-play opportunities and captivation adventures, there’s so many side quests to choose from. BathesdaSoftworks’ jump to 3D really brought the aesthetics of the game to life. Fallout also offers various mods and a retro-futuristic styling in a post-apocalyptic world. Metro Exodus: After a nuclear war drives the survivors underground to survive the radiation, the goal of the players is to survive while fighting off some nasty mutant things. Horizon Zero Dark is definitely more vibrant than the rest of the list. The Long Dark: When a geomagnetic storm causes a global disaster and your plane crashes in the Canadian wilderness, players have to do whatever they can to survive the epic cold conditions of Canada.
