  • Give your stomach a small break between each glass of water, if you cannot chug all four glasses at once.

  • You should avoid eating or drinking while standing up, as that can hinder your digestive process.
  • Gargle at least 4 to 5 times every night with warm water and salt before going to bed.
  • Give a boost to your metabolism by walking quietly for at least an hour every day.
