Aim for at least eight glasses throughout the day. If you need a bit of caffeine, have a cup of coffee or tea, but don't overdo it as too much caffeine can lead to a crash later on in so many people.

Take short breaks

Taking short breaks throughout the day can help you stay focused and avoid burnout. Have you heard about different techniques? We suggest that you should try the Pomodoro one that includes work for 25 minutes followed by a 5-minute break. Use this time to stretch, walk around, or do a quick breathing exercise as it will maintain a good balance for the body.

Get some fresh air

Anyone who knows the benefit of breathing will not stop doing it for anything. Everyday and especially on post lack-of-sleep day, you should step outside for a few minutes to get some fresh air and natural light. Sunlight can help regulate your body’s internal clock and improve your mood. A short walk outside can also increase your alertness and energy levels.

Move around

Physical activity can boost your energy and improve your concentration. If you can't find time for a workout, you can try doing simple yet mindful exercises like stretching, walking around the office, or even doing a few jumping jacks as it will keep your body relaxed. The thing behind it is the fact that movement increases blood flow and helps keep you awake.

Power nap

If possible, take a short power nap of 10-20 minutes during your lunch break. This can significantly improve your alertness and performance for the rest of the day. Many people use this thing called power nap to improve their energy. However, bbe sure not to nap for too long, as this can make you feel groggy. A heavy meal can make you feel sluggish.

Stay engaged

Keeping your mind active can help you stay awake. Engage in stimulating activities, such as solving puzzles, participating in discussions, or working on tasks that require critical thinking. Avoid monotonous tasks that can make you feel drowsy.
