Although the senior sides of both teams have never met each other, some players from both teams have clashed against each other
Team India has already qualified for the Super Four stage in the ongoing Asia Cup 2025, having defeated the United Arab Emirates and PAK in the first and second games, respectively. India’s third and final group stage game is against Oman, a team that has already been eliminated from the tournament, having lost its first two games. Fun fact -- the senior sides of these two teams have never met each other on the international platform. However, some players from India and Oman clashed against each other in the Emerging Teams Asia Cup last year.
