Having leafy greens daily is quite dull, right? We love to have tasty food, but which tastes good may not be suitable for our health. Therefore, we must have healthy food habits to stay fit for a long. One of the essential parts of a healthy diet is to have a good amount of leafy greens because of their numerous health benefits. Leafy green veggies are loaded with Vitamin K, B vitamins, calcium and other essential nutrients. These nutrients are very much effective in the functioning of every cell, hence slowing down the process of ageing. But, as we don't consider them tasty, how can we add those leafy greens into our diet? First, you have to prepare the spinach puree with minimum spices, then add the lightly fried paneer to that puree. Whenever you have more than three to four veggies, the first thing that comes to mind is to make a mixed veg curry. With the veggies, you can add spinach and other green leaves according to your preference. Or you can fry the spinach with a little bit of oil to garnish the curry with it.
