New Year, New Price-Tags for KTM Husqvarna

In 2021, KTM Husqvarna models will be accessible in the showroom with costlier price-tags

If you are planning to pick up a motorcycle from the brands KTM and Husqvarna, this column will bring down your desire as the brands have increased the cost-tag of all their motorcycles available in India. On 4th December 2020, both the brands had increased the cost of their motorcycles and after a brief span of over 30 days, they have done it again. So far, the enterprises have not issued an official statement and explanation behind this rapid price surge.

390 Adventure- The KTM 390 Adventure is one of the latest offerings from the Austrian brand that has gained a price hike of Rs. 4,485. With this surge, the new model can be acquired at Rs. 3.10 lakh. At this price, one gets a 373cc BS6-compliant ADV motorcycle that churns out 42.3hp of power and offers a larger fuel tank, dual-purpose tyres and longer suspension setup.

250 Adventure- Another new offering from KTM is the 250 ADV that has received a price hike of Rs. 3,667 and is now available at Rs. 2.51 lakh. The 250 ADV is a mini adventure motorcycle for the beginners with 29.5hp of power output.

RC Series

The KTM RC series includes three models; RC 125, RC 200, RC 390. To begin with, the 125 has obtained a boost of Rs. 1,466 whereas the 200 has gone up by Rs. 3,021. The 390 has also experienced a hike of Rs. 3,803.

Duke Series

The naked series of Duke from KTM has undergone a price hike too. The hike in the prices of the 125, 200, 250 and 390 are Rs. 1,497, Rs. 2,576, Rs. 3,192 and Rs. 3,934. Company’s top-spec Duke 390 is now sold at Rs. 2.70 lakh, whereas the baby 125 is priced at Rs. 1.51 lakh.

The Huskies

Swedish brand Husqvarna under KTM has increased the cost of their two models. The Svartpilen 250 has become costlier by Rs. 2,818 and is now sold at Rs. 1,89,568. Last but not least, the Vitpilen 250 has undergone a hike of Rs. 2,816 and can be purchased at Rs. 1,89,952.
